Writing a proposal
Developing Research Questions and Proposals
A proposal persuades a reader that the question matters and that your plan can answer it. It normally covers background, problem and questions, a preliminary review of literature, methodology, ethics, timeline and expected contribution.
Each objective should map to a question, and each question to a method. If an objective has no method, it is not yet a plan.
Example
Q1 → Objective: measure the association → Method: survey with validated scale, regression analysis.
Exercise
Add two objectives to your blueprint and note which method serves each.
